ATTENTION ALL ORGANIZATIONS!!

Calendar Scheduling

If you have not submitted the times and dates you plan to use our facilities please send a list (in writing) to the Parish Office. Sometimes we have experienced   conflicts with organizations wanting to use the same facilities. By  letting the Parish Office know your plans we can avoid these disappointments. Just a reminder, even if you  always had the same time and place for your meeting we will not know that you intend to    continue. Typically we redo the calendar at the beginning of our fiscal year, July 1st.

Thank you so much for your help in keeping our   calendar up to date and running smoothly.

Many Thanks To Our

Special Angels

We would like to thank everyone who has made our new office so nice. The new cabinets and counters, different sink faucet, overhead lights, the floors waxed, painting, the half walls and beautiful swing doors, rewiring, building shelves, new tables, plants, keeping our front and back garden tended, and all those who helped with our actual move. God has certainly blessed us with many special angels.

Again thanks for making our new office such a special place to work in.

                                                    Jan and Linda

2010 Picnic News

Saturday, May 1st, 2010

Mark your calendar for the next Church Picnic, Saturday, May 1st, 2010.

During the preparation time for this picnic we will receive donations in items to use for prizes for the children’s games. We are very grateful for most items received and quite frankly we used most everything given to us for the 2009 picnic. We did have one large box of stuffed animals that could not be used as prizes due to stains and they just didn’t look as good as the new animals we had purchased. Therefore, please make sure that items donated are new and have not been soiled or stained particularly if you donate stuffed animals.

If you are one of those lucky people to have resources that would be beneficial in some way for the picnic or you may have ideas that you would like to share before one of our general meetings please call Jane, 671-0181.

Many thanks,

Jane
